Prepaid Hourly Accounts
This is the best place to start if you haven't been on the internet before. We don't expect everyone to be able to use the same amount of hours every month which is why we created this account. Best of all, it's Prepaid - that means no bills at the end of the month!
How does it work?
Easy! You simply purchase a block of internet hours. These hours are valid for two years from the date of purchase.
Current rates are $55 for 50 hours or $33 for 25 hours.
What else do I get?
You also receive five (5) free email accounts and space for a personal webpage (20Mb maximum).
How do I pay?
You can pay by Credit card, Cheque, Australian Money Order or Direct Deposit. If you visit our office in Murarrie, Brisbane, you could also pay by Cash or Eftpos.
What's the catch?
There are two very simple conditions to this account,
- Use the hours within two years from the date of purchase.
- To keep your email account active, you must use the dial up account at least once every thirty days.

Unlimited Hours Accounts
Our unlimited internet access plans are ideal for home and business users who spend a lot of time online. Available anywhere in Australia for the cost of a local call.

How do I pay?
Acenet can automatically deduct your monthly fee from your Credit card or bank account, alternatively you can pay six (6) monthly by Credit card, Cheque, Australian Money Order or Direct Deposit. If you visit our office in Murarrie, Brisbane you could also pay by Cash or Eftpos.
