Logon Information
Please remember when logging into WebPop to enter your email name in the box labeled "Logon", not your username. Your email name is the first part of your email address: for example, if your email address was "fredsmith@acenet.net.au", your email name would be "fredsmith".

You can send and receive email using Acenet's Website at any time, as long as your account is still active, i.e. there are postive hours left in your Dial-in Access Account and your account is not in Snooze mode. You can check the number of hours you have left on your account or your snooze mode status by logging into the Users Area.
