Additional Information
- Minimum twelve (12) month contract
- Maximum one (1) session limit
- Uploads are not chargeable
- Excess downloads charged at 11 cents per Mb
- Access fee charged in advance, Excess downloads charged in arrears
- Static IP Addresses and routed IP subnets are available
- All pricing inclusive of GST
- Changes to plan incur $55 charge
Important Information
How long does it take?
Once Acenet has received your completed application form with payment, it takes a minimum of four (4) working days to have the ADSL service provisioned on your telephone line.
This process can be delayed in some circumstances for example, where incompatible equipment requires an upgrade. Unfortunately ADSL services are not available everywhere and connection cannot be guaranteed. If ADSL is not available in your area, all monies are refunded and contracts dissolved.
