It's broken
Quite often we get enquiries from people who are having problems with their e-mail. They get error messages such as "Unable to find mail server" or their account name or password are rejected. In 99.9% of all calls we receive regarding e-mail, the problem lies in the configuration settings on the caller's computer.
If your e-mail program appears to be broken, go to the Downloads page. Download and run the Setup Wizard for your account type. The wizard will automatically reconfigure your email program for Acenet and make it work correctly.
