Snooze Mode
If you have a Prepaid Hourly account with Acenet, you need to connect to the internet using your Acenet account at least once every 30 days. If you do not, Snooze Mode will be activated on your account.

Snooze Mode restricts your email and FTP access, in other words you will not be able to send or receive emails from your @acenet.net.au account or update your personal homepage with Acenet.
Once your account is in Snooze Mode you will need to dial into your account (i.e. connect to the internet using your Acenet connection, surfing to the Acenet webpage does not count) and then wait at least 12 hours for your email account to be reactivated.
