It keeps asking for my username and password

Do you sometimes try and dial into Acenet and you get a box popping up asking for your user name and password? Well, there are only a few reasons why this occurs:


You have spelt either your login name or password incorrectly.

Retype both username and password, ensure that all characters are in lowercase (small letters) without any spaces. Your username does not contain @acenet.net.au.


Your account has expired.

Your account may have run out of hours or the hours have expired. Please contact Acenet by telephone to confirm this and purchase more hours.
