Checklist before calling Technical Support
- Restart the computer and modem (Switch off then switch on).
If you have ADSL Broadband, do not Reset the modem.
- Write down the error message or have it ready on screen.
If you write down the message, include all information.
- Confirm your account is up-to-date.
- The computer must be within easy reach to check settings.
