Remember...
When logging into Worldclient (The web based email facility) you must enter your Email name, not your Username. Your Email name is the first part of your email address. For example, if your email address was "fredsmith@acenet.net.au", your email name would be "fredsmith".
You can send and receive emails using Acenet's Website at any time, as long as your account is still active, i.e. there are postive hours left in your Dial-in Access Account and your account is not in Snooze mode. You can check the number of hours you have left on your account or your Snooze mode status by logging into the Users Area.
