Access to the Users Area is available from any computer in the world. You are able to view your accounts, check account balances, review connections on your accounts and even enter regular competitions.

To login, enter your Acenet Email name, this is the first part of your email address. Your Email name and password should be typed in lowercase without spaces.

Example: fredsmith@acenet.net.au would enter fredsmith.

The Acenet Users Area is a secure area and requires the use of Cookies to function correctly. If you experience difficulties in accessing the Users Area, try resetting the Security settings in Internet Options (Found under Tools in Internet Explorer) to the Default level. You may also need to confirm with your System Administrator that connections to secure websites are not blocked.
